I’ll mill it in my Thermomix to make bread
the kids and I drink the kefir daily in a thick shake – we add bananas, berries (fresh or from the freezer), vanilla extract, ‘raw’ honey – YUM!
it was difficult at first, but now I let the kids play and explore outside no matter how dirty they get!!
fresh eggs collected that morning, fried in homemade butter for breakfast, a wholesome meal for baby no 4.
raw milk, not heated or treated, just strained and put into the fridge or poured over my kefir grains or put straight into the Thermomix to make a batch of yoghurt
mandarines from our tree, perfect for snacking on during the day, giving the kids energy to play, bright orange and sweet but ‘no colouring or flavours added!’

  1. Hello would you mind sharing which blog plofatrm you’re using? I’m going to start my own blog soon but I’m having a difficult time making a decision between BlogEngine/Wordpress/B2evolution and Drupal. The reason I ask is because your layout seems different then most blogs and I’m looking for something unique. P.S My apologies for getting off-topic but I had to ask!
